Growing up in Ohio, Ms. Lugar is a graduate of Tiffin University, where she earned her B.S. in International Business Management. She studied law at Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia, and completed advanced studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has been in private practice since 2015.
